The Design & Build option was selected for this project at Riverview Primary School in Kerikeri. This included removal of 4 original classrooms and the building of 4 new ones in the same location, area of 1922m2. Included art areas, resource room, teacher offices, computer room and also exterior canopy areas. Our team worked closely with the school in order to have minimal disruption to the school life and completed major stages during the holiday period. The value for money benefits of the Design & Build method also contributed to the overall positive result of this project, with both satisfied staff and children enjoying their new learning environments.
