Includes full height central atrium, glazed stairwell and balcony, Schindler lift and even has its own recycling room! The office space is large and open plan, with energy saving LED zoned and dimmable lighting, programmed and controlled by the BMS. The windows are Curtain Wall E Glass double glazed which look very smart with the glass windows wrapped around the exterior. External works were also completed which include fully kerbed and asphalted car park areas along with landscaped gardens and pedestrian paths.
