This 2,000m2 school redevelopment is constructed of twelve A-Space modules, creating eight learning spaces, an administration area, resource room, staff room and library. A new multi-purpose space building was also built for use when larger space is required. The school field was levelled and landscaped and now is a nice flat area for the students to play. New fences were installed around the entire school and the pool change building upgraded also.

The small country Oturu School had been five years in the process of getting new facilities. In 2014 the classrooms were discovered to be leaky, moulded and deemed unfit for use. Finally, in 2018 they received the exciting news that a solution for the school redevelopment was available.

The solution presented to the school from ob体育网页 was the A-Space modular construction option. Since the school is situated in a remote location, the transportable A-Space modular option was a perfect fit. The A-Space modules were built offsite at ob体育网页’s yard in Whangarei then transported to the school. Once the A-Space modules were onsite the buildings were joined with covered walkways, ramps and decks so that it fit comfortably into the surroundings. The transportable, modular option meant the new buildings was cost-effective while providing great value, as well as causing minimal disruption to school life.
